Looking for the best Android app development crate?

Hi, I am looking for the best Android app development crate out there. I am not too concerned if the crate supports UI or not as I believe the orbtk crate is suitable for UI.

But I am looking for a crate that is easy to use, well supported and maintained and without me having to use the Android App Development Studio.

Is there such a library?

Is this good or is there something better?
