My topics are parallel programming with SGE clusters and distributed systems. I am also happy to give an introduction workshop.

I work at the Mentor Graphics' Santiago office. We don't use Rust but I'm personally very interested in the language. We have the facilities for hosting a talk for about 30 people.
I'm also the organizer of the local Scala Meetup group, which gathers many functional programming enthusiasts who are interested in learning more about modern (and safer!) languages. I'm sure there'll be enough people interested in attending a talk on Rust.
