Have Rust development experience, or C++ experience and can quickly learn Rust
Have a basic understanding of the concept of blockchain. It is preferred to understand Polkadot or Substrate-related development, and familiar with Rust, WASM, or ink! language is preferred.
Familiar with Substrate, Ethereum, Bitcoin and other public chain projects is preferred
Working experience in Rust is preferred
Work experience in open source collaboration is preferred
Technical requirements (plus points)
Experience in using Rust programming language.
Background in cryptography, network or distributed systems.
Background of open source software.
Have experience in stablecoin or Defi projects
