Is there a crate library that can combine PNG images into an mp4 file?

I want to get some PNG images by taking screenshots, and then compose the PNG into a video file, how can I do it?

I'm 99.9% sure this can be done on a single ffmpeg line. The ffmpeg crate can probably do this for you.
