Ideas in GSoC, 2017

Hi, guys
I'm a student from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China, preparing to take part in Google Summer of Code, 2017. I'm interested in Rust, Servo, Redox. I was wondering is there any plans for these projects to participate in GSoC 2017? If so, is there any proposed ideas?
