Web enabled command line argument parser.

It started a patch to clap. Now it's own crate.

With concepts like egui and ratzilla, I envision a world where command line programs can run anywhere.....

EDIT:
If you tried it, I am sorry it did not work. I made a major failure in my Cargo.toml for the version I originally published. It was working for all of my test, but then I tested what I published and saw my mistake. Anyway, the updated version now works.

This is pretty cool. I have no idea how this would be useful irl, and I cannot imagine I would ever need it. But I'm all for creating funny little projects like this, just because you can. Great job! :grinning:
