How to view rustup doc in Ubuntu?

Help,

Searching the internet there are loads of queries of how to view rustup doc in Ubuntu as both Firefox and Chromium return permission errors.

I have tried every suggestion and got nowhere. Even uninstalled firefox from Snap and installed it using Flatpack but still no joy.

Has anyone else using Ubuntu managed to view rustup doc ?
