How and where to report if found some issue in a crate?

You find the repository for the crate and open an issue there. If there is no repository, then I don't think that you can report an issue. Which crate are you thing about.

Thanks, issue reported on Github. It was about "spsheets" carate by the way.

Btw, it's spelled crate, not carate.
