how to remove a lib for crates.io
According to crates.io policies you should try sending an email to help@crates.io if yanking the crate isn't good enough.

You can't.
You can hide releases with yank, but everything you publish generally stays there forever.
crates-io may manually remove some crates in exceptional cases, such as illegal content. But not because someone doesn't want a crate any more.
