You can do this by setting some environment variables before running rustup-init. See here. You can add them to your global environment in the same place as where you modify PATH.

i am new in rust. so if you can clear for me how to setting some environment variables before running rustup-init

I don't use windows myself, but you can set them in the same way as you would modify PATH, which you can look up online.
