Having some trouble using `opencv-rust` crate

Hi, I am having some trouble using opencv-rust. I followed the Windows guide for installation. Unfortunately the chocolate repo that is maintaining opencv was out of date so I decided to directly download it from the oficial website. So after downloading it, I ran the executable and it self extracted itself and now I see this in the folder:

So I am not too sure what should I do to get opencv-rust to work. Any idea?
