GFX-0.4 is fully compatible with rust-beta

GFX now builds again both rust-beta and nightly. This is not a breaking change, but users are encouraged to updated their applications to the new macros in order to become beta-compatible. gfx_macros will likely be deprecated.

We want to celebrate Rust-1.0 release by providing the new users with a solid basis for the graphics API abstraction. High-level rendering libraries are in the oven, will be presented on Rust Toronto meetup on May 20th.
