This seems weird: when passing the bmi1, pclmulqdq or rdrand options as a -Ctarget-feature value, I get a warning like '+bmi1' is not a recognized feature for this target (ignoring feature). Opened an issue about this: https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/81881/.
