What project did you try to open?
I open my project this happens when loading ide.Writes in the console that error: could not find Cargo.toml in C:\Users\12\RustroverProjects or any parent directory although it is there and everything worked before
if I try to create a new project in ide it is not created. An empty folder opens without cargo
