I noticed a while ago that some people had "Regular" in their profiles. I thought this was just a thing that happened when someone hit TL3, but I have checked the people awarded "Regular" and not all of them had their trust level displayed, so I came to the conclusion that this is a feature that can be enabled. Is this true, and if so, is it only for Regulars? How is it done?
