Maybe you could add a little descriptive text to the top of the readme? Also, why is the readme on crates.io different from the one on github?

Because the repository on github is a workspace and the top README is more about unhtml_derive. Here is the README of unhtml. More description of unhtml::{FromHtml, VecFromHtml} can be found in Rust Docs.
