Convert into iterator by borrowing the base object

The impl Intoiterator block is failing for this case since self itself is not a borrow and I need it SharedArrayIterator.

Well yeah, you can’t return a reference to a local value. You should either store the array owned in the iterator as with most collections or impl IntoIter on the reference (prefer adding a .iter method instead)
