Configure deny-all lint rule for cargo lints

Recently cargo-lints were stabilized.

How do I configure these lints to do the same equivalent of cargo clippy -- -Dwarnings for my CI run?

I have checked the lints reference which seems to list all existing lints, and the manifest docs on how to configure these in the Cargo.toml (workspace or package). Both of these pages are silent on how to configure these via cli flags to convert all warnings to errors.

For posteriority, Weihang Lo suggested the [build.warnings] config option (env variable CARGO_BUILD_WARNINGS) to solve this in the linked thread.
