In English-speaking countries, the phrase "Thanks dear" is often said between spouses (such between husband and wife), or by an old grandmother to her grandchildren. In other contexts, it can be used as a derogatory remark.
It's not really a phrase you should use with random people on the internet.
I am assuming that you are not aware of this. I am saying this just so you're aware of the connotations.
