Change thread count in VSCode before test

Apologies if this should be asked elewhere.

I'm using moka cache in sync mode very nicely.

Is there a way to pass --test-threads=1 to the hyperlink generated by the rust-analyzer VS Code extension which provides the run tests hyperlink?

The issue is that the cache state will differ depending on test execution order, so tests unpredicably fail.

One solution is to implement a fuzzer for each test's data; which is quite a bit of work.
