I've been having some troubles with ggez, a library for making games. I was wandering if it's fine to ask questions involving libraries on these forums.

It’s a general forum. I’d be interested and surely other people would be too.
You could seek out a specific Discord/irc/forum/github for just that library, which would give a very specific group of people with relevant experience. But casting a wider net here also makes sense. Why not both?
