Announcing the Rust Herald

Hi everyone,

I'm happy to announce the Rust Herald: https://herald.community.rs.

The Rust Herald is a fork of the beloved ElixirStatus webapp, which is meant as a hub for small status updates that are a little larger then Twitter, but not quite worth a blog post. It currently requires a GitHub account to use (patches accepted, but I'm not (yet) good at phoenix :)). See https://herald.community.rs/about for more.

Any new posts there will automatically be tweeted out via https://twitter.com/RustHerald and be available through RSS: https://herald.community.rs/rss. You can (but do not have to) attach your own twitter account to the posts.
