[announcement] Papers: an HTTP service for PDF generation (with LaTeX)

Hi everybody! We wrote a service we needed at store2be and decided to make it open source. It's a very simple, stateless HTTP service that produces PDFs from Tera/LaTeX templates and assets.

With the recent announcement of Tectonic, we're probably going to migrate to that pretty soon.

Here's the announcement blog post (it has a section on our experience with Rust) and the Github repo.

We're obviously very open to feedback and contributions :slight_smile:

@tomhoule Glad to hear that you're thinking of Tectonic! Please file lots of issues if you run into any roadblocks, or if there are any features/docs/etc that would make your life easier.
