ANN: `size` 0.4 released

Version 0.4 of the size crate has been released.

size automatically formats file sizes as human readable values, selecting the correct unit (KB, MB, GB, etc) and precision that matches the provided file size.

This release brings support for mathematical operations on Size values, simplifies the to_string() API, removes all dependencies, adds a no_std mode, and much more.
