Ammonia goes stable, releases version 1.0.0 with backwards compatibility promise

We just stabilized the HTML filter used by crates.io, nest.pijul.org, and others to allow user-generated HTML to safely be mixed into their web pages.

It doesn't feel like two years since the first announcement. This thing has been baking for awhile... wow.

Awesome! so not only is it mature ("two years since release"), but it is also battle-tested (crates.io!) AND inspired by industry standards like Mozilla's Bleach.

I feel this is a good thing to have in general, considering how many websites mess up these things. So good even, that I've nominated it for Crate of the week
