A tool for combining two fonts file

I want a tool that can combine two fonts file into one.

i have a fonts file, another fonts file that has icon fonts. now i want to combine this two into
single one.

I wanted to combine 'source code pro' with 'seti' to get 'seti' fonts icons for filetypes as used in vscode.

How is that a Problem concerning Rust?
Do you want to write a tool yourself?
Do you just want a tool?
