I noticed that the time crate was extremely downloaded yesterday.
Do You know what happend?
Probably some automation that runs on the 1st. of every month.

Maybe that, but also bots (dependabot, renovate) that noticed the new release and sent PRs to update Cargo.locks in many projects.
Its not just time, almost all popular crates have this spike. I suspect faulty bot, which downloaded each crate on loop.
